Rated by his teachers to be in the top tier of all students in terms of academic work quality, Sean McGarry is holder of both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Criminal Justice. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Salem State University in 2010. He successfully graduated with a GPA of 3.65, earning the “Outstanding Graduating Senior with Highest GPA in Chosen Major” award. He finished his Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice at the University of Massachusetts, earning his degree in half the time that it typically takes while working a full time job. Mr. McGarry graduated with a GPA of 3.755. Currently, he is in the process of applying to post-graduate school where he hopes to attain his Ph.D. Sean Matthew McGarry has had extensive experience in security and loss prevention. Several of these years were spent in supervisory and managerial capacities, where he was responsible for recruiting and hiring for the security team, keeping his team motivated and keeping morale up. In addition, Sean processed payroll, approved reports and maintained an acceptable level of productivity. Mr. McGarry possesses extensive experience in safety audits, including fire alarm and suppression systems, Morse Watchman Systems and general communication systems (CCTV, Radio, etc.). He has comprehensive knowledge of OSHA standards and practices. Sean has beyond average law enforcement experience, having served as a Massachusetts State Trooper for eight years. He has proven himself to be a strong leader with very capable supervisory skills. Sean has been lauded for his fortitude and honest dedication to learning and duty, which are qualities that make him a perfect fit to any security management role.
